Whose property your father and his brothers partitioned (before 2004)?

Who owned the property originally?

How that person got the property - by self earning or from his father/grandfather?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 15 November 2015
Your inter caste marriage does not effect your rights.

Material facts missing from query, need to be clarified.

Also documents need to be referred, consult local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Dear sir
My father and his brothers partitioned my grandfather property.

My grandfather

From my greatgrandfather

Since your father got the property through a legal partition, he could, during his life time, deal with same at his discretion.
K.S.Srinivas (Expert) 16 November 2015
You can not claim any share in the property.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 21 November 2015
The property belonging to your grandfather was properly and legally partitioned by your father and his brothers. This partition confers marketable title to your property and thus as an absolute owner he rightfully transferred the property to his son as per his desire which cannot be questioned by you or anyone. Your inter caste has nothing to with this nor it will make any impact on your birth rights.
