Fathers property partition

fathers property has to be distributed between two brothers.

The property is 20ft by 20ft on ground floor and 22ft by 20ft on first floor, 2ft projected out on right side.

How will it be distributed , 10ft x 20ft to each brother on the basis of ground floor
throughout first and second floor
or

partition on first and second floor will change ie. 11ft X 20ft

Please advice

Ground floor already partitioned. Problem with second and third floor.

Better its can be settled by mutual understanding.. Both brothers have rights to equal share. Even there is useless to share both floors. Better they can own any one as sole enjoyment.
