share in property.

My grandfather had land in pune.
And he sold it to a society 13 years back.
Now grandfather is no more, and his step son ask for share in that sold property.
Now what I do?

Grand father received property by will from his father.step brother is taking objection for this will and said prove this land is self aquired by grandfather.
Actually grand father's father rcd this land from his uncle by gift deed and gift deed is now not available.
what to do?
