above the guideline value how much percent i can increase to sell a property, for example guideline value is 2000/sq ft, for how much can i increase and sell ?

Everything will depend upon the market value in the area. There is no fixed per centage like 5%, 10% etc., over the guideline value which one can sell the property. there may even be situations the actual market value may be less than the guidelines value. Please check up as to what is the prevailing value in the area in which the property is situate.

It is no doubt not a legal query but the curiosity of some people know no ends hence such queries not involving legal solutions do crop up. However, since this is an information to many who are not aware of such issues, especially the proper answers given by experts here.
