x gave 4.5 lakh as biana for 2 shops
owners have some dispute ..in btw them .they are two brothers
now they not want to sell their shop..
also not returning the given amount
what should x do.....

File a suit for specific performance of contract and for injunction.

whether any agreement was signed with sellers for purchase of said shops? what were terms and conditions of said agreement ?

issue legal notice to seller to refund sum of Rs 4.5 lakhs paid as advance with interest .
