Not the law but consent is the essence.A premise or a person can not be photographed without consent.
Since a building or a place can not ask DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH ME,there should be a warning board on a conspicuous place of the building to that an effect.

i was in an office without any board as DO NOT PHOTOGRAPHED but cctv was ruuning without my knowledge so I took a phot of the cctv cam but the lady fired at me telling that i was taking her photo .it is an reception counter with three men an lady later the security guard ask me to Del it I Del it in front of him what action can i take against them

May be there was no board but there were authorized persons to prohibit you and then you can not photograph a building or hall if owner prohibits you to do so.And installing CC camera in building is owners' right.

About your query, "what action can i take against them," you cannot take any action against them. Rather, they can take action against you by booking you for trespassing and taking photographs of interior parts of their office premises with wrong intentions. You should be thankful that they were satisfied merely by getting your photographs deleted.
By the way, for what purpose you were taking photographs of their office reception?

I had to photograph because I had handover a set of bill address to the manager .But no one was ready to sign to receive the bill . final the sales manager signed but the amount of the two bill were Rs 15000/- He signed as the amount of the bill together was only Rs 5000/-when they were not ready to receive the bill that is the time when I took the photo of the bills which was del by the security staft

Intentions of taking photograph of the receiption with staff is not clear. Irrespective of whether they were ready or not to receive the bill, it is not clear what purpose the photograph of the reception would have served?

Mr. Sudhir Kumar is right by expressing that it is a vague query. The author is adding the reasons one by one when the experts expressed their doubts about his genuineness while raising such queries. The author, in my opinion is testing the knowledge of the experts by posting such academic or hypothetical queries.

You seem to have decided to take revenge from those persons, even when you are wrong and unable to digest advice of experts here. So, you can now find right answer only through some court of law when you file a case against the organisation and the case gets bounced back upon you.
