Fee for registering gift deed

I have share in a flat in Mumbai which I would like to gift to my brother without any consideration through a Gift Deed, I was wondering how much is the registration cost (fee need to paid to the govt.) of such deed.

The registration fee and stamp duty shall be equivalent to that of sale deed.

The reason behind the levying of such duty is to avoid the mis-use of any concession given to gifts.
Otherwise, everybody shall do register this type of transactions only and there wont be any revenue to the government.
