Court fee in maharasttra

Dear Experts,
My client wants to file a suit for partition and seperation possession in Kohlapur court. So let me know the court fee for it.
Whether it depends on market value of the properties or minimum court fess is there.
In karnataka it is Rs.200/-

Market value shall be taken into consideration while computing the advolerum court fee for filing the suit for possession but if suit for partition and possession is to be filed then only routine fixed court fee is required to be affixed.
