We all know that pre independence period the system about agricultural land was that of Zamindari where under very few richest people acquired land who use to hand over the land to poor people for cultivation and used to exploit them in terms of sharing crops.

Post independents land reforms by equitable distribution was the prime concerned of the States in India and it has gone in one form or the other in all states of India after independence.

We also know that Governments maintain records of right of it's land where in name of it's owner as well as that of cultivator is recorded.

In Maharashtra Record of land rights contain a separate column to show the name of the actual cultivator(who may be other than owner). It is
this column that is popularly known as 'Kul Kayda'.

The state of Maharashtra legislated that
of lands whose owners are not actual cultivators
but there are tenants cultivating the land since
past either under oral or in writing agreements
would with effect from 01-04-1957 would be a protected tenants in law who could not be evicted except on grounds legislated and owners of such
land would not have free right of transfer and tenants could legally offer for purchase.

Oflate account deleted was a ?????????????

I have posted my reply on quest of our expert Sarvesh K Sharma .

It is not good to provide legal help to a person whose account has been deleted by Administrator. We should first know the reasons of deletion and only thereafter should decide whether to reply or not.

A joint decision should be taken in this regard by all experts as we have taken in case of anonymous authors.
