I have taken Loan of Rs.10 Lakh from Gruh Finance a NBFC I REPAID Rs.9.5 Lakhs & could not paid balance amount Gruha Finance sold my house in auction for Rs.30 lakhs & gained Rs.29.50 Lakhs more. in such case can i demand to gruh finance for Excess amount they got? can i go in a court?

Once everything has happened, you have to claim the balance amount from NBFC. Whether the repayment is only principal or including interest. They will calculate the interest and expenses and refund you the balance.

the NBFC had issue any notice u/s 13(2), 13(4) of sarfaesi or not?
NBFC had filed any suit against you or not for recovery of money?
Nbfc got any order from court before sale the property or not?
