is an eviction suit filed only by a landlord against a tenant or can it be between private parties.

Please clarify the position of "private parties", i.e., locus standie of the private party which can be an agent or authorised person of landlord?
I agree with Sh. R K Nandaji that generally eviction suit can be filed by landlord.
However, besides the landlord suit can be instituted by agent and authorised person as well.
