THOUGH ACADEMIC YET FRAMED WRONGLY THERE IS NO BANKRUPTCY PETITION TO BE FILED,IT IS INSOLVENCY PETITION THAT IS FILLED WHEN BANKRUPTCY IS CAUSED.
