dear all,
my father has spent 25 lakh Rs on my marrriege. but after marriege my husband and his family was still not happy and were asking more money and gold. but i was unable to give them more such things. so my inlaws threw me out of there home and my husband ran away from india to muscat.
so i have filed dowry case against his family and himself.
Now my father inlaw has put a complaint in vigilance department and in my father's office against my father saying to investigate that how my father managed to spend 25 lakh on my marriege.
my husband spoiled my life and now they are using things against
my father. please suggest what to do

As you claim having spent Rs. 25 L ,
It is obvious that ur FIL counter attack , by asking proof , from where ur f got 25L, and whether he paid I Tax on it.
By this trick, he is killing two birds at a time.
If proved he never had 25L, the allegations were false.
If he proves, he spent it, Tax dept can demand IT etc.
As you started WAR: u said " i have Got the FIR registered against my husband, mother inlaw and father inlaw under section 498, 406 and 120. but when we went to their home to arrest them we arrested mother inlaw and father inlaw ran.
mother inlaw spent 3 days in jail and got bail"
It is only a counter/ reaction of ur action. After all, it is LEGAL WAR. Everything is fair in Love and War. One can't expect a man to keep quite , once you slap him.. WAR STARTS AND INJURE BOTH. BOTH SIDES ARE LOOSER. NOW WAIT AND WATCH AND DEFEND YOURSELF.
ATTACK FROM YOUR SIDE IS OVER, MIL WAS IN JAIL..

Generally, offices ignore such wild allegations. Moreover, it is for the father-in-law to prove his assertion. There need not be much of a concern if the money is well-earned.

When it comes to dowery often complaints are found exaggerated and even by many judgements of High Courts, subordinates courts have been suggested to write ITO's to inquire resources to support such tall claims.Every thing named legal is not legal.

agree with mr shroff . you file case against your in laws and husband so they have launched a counter attack as to the source of Rs 25 lakhs spent on wedding as claimed by you
