What is the process after sending a notice

hi respected experts i have send a notice on my behalf to my uncle who had earlier sold some part of our family land which is not divided a police case is already filed against him as my father is not mentally fit i had send a notice to my uncle on his behalf that on the remaning land there should be no third party intrest is it necessery to send a notice n should we wait for the reply as told by our laywer to file a civil case n can we try to divide the remaning land cause the land he sold with cheating will take a lot of time cause the case is in the court from 2011 the government lawyer has not called us in the court till now when we ask him he tells ur not requierd now the case ipc are 420,465,466,468,471,477a,34 please guide

Better take personal consultation/ advise from Local Lawyer, as u may not be able to understand the complications.
Must send Notice thru Advocate.

If u do everything by yourself, is is risky. u r likely to commit very serious mistakes, and spoil your case completely. A False POA, and selling is a very serious offence.

after issue of notice file civil case for injunction restraining your uncle from disposing of other parts of land and for other reliefs .
