my mother want to give share in her land to daughters son,i want to know what is best way to transfer her right in his name. whether i do family arrangement.

Gift deed registration is the best option.

REGISTERED WILL will be the best option as it does not involve stamp duty. Gift Deed would involve stamp duty.
