When a Review petition in a civil suite is dismissed in a High court can the Appellant file SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION in Supreme court especially when there is no error apparent

Yes, he can but the SLP would lie against refusal of review petition only.'He can not prefer appeal against the judgement passed on merit.
