sir/madam
my neighbour doing construction on his plot,but knowingly he is trying to encroched and construction on over the common lane(alley), the window and main gate of my house opening at the side of common lane,if neighbour has get succeded in his efforts,it will causes great loss for me.In respect of this please guide me, what types of suit I should file and where?

file suit for permanent injunction in civil court and get a stay order from court
against ur neighbor.

Yes file suit for permanant injunction alongwith application for granting temporary injunction against your neighbor.

I have also the similar opinion with additional suggestion to immediately take action otherwise train shall leave the station.
