I am living seperately from my husband and my son is living with me. What are the rights of my son from his fathers side regarding maintenance and property rights. He is 2 years old.

father is liable to maintain his son . as fr as property rights are concerned father can make a will in respect of his self acquired property and bequeath it to whom soever he desires

You can claim maintainance for your son. If your husband has ancestral property, then your son can claim his share in it.

what are the evidences required to prove verbal, emotional , mental cruelty. Is one medical report be sufficient to prove DV.

YOU NEED TO STATE BEHAVIOR OF YOUR HUSBAND BY YOUR AFFIDAVIT OR ORAL EVIDENCE OF WHICH MEDICAL REPORT MAY BE CORROBORATIVE.
