Hi...
I worked with CA firm since Apr'10
i have not appointment latter. now i resing from this firm and give 15 days notice period.
But proble is there they are not giving my salary, PF and Experiance certificate.
What legal action i will take against my employer.

Mr.Amit,
Serve them with a legal notice, which they are likely to comply with. However do collect evidence to prove employer-employee relationship for eg : work done by you, the correspondence with the company etc.

contact a local lawyer for issue of legal notice . send it by registered post AD . since you have evidence of having worked for organisation the cA firm cant deny you benefits

Dear Amit,
For salary, you will have to send a legal notice as already advised by the experts.
For legal expenses, better contact some local service law expert and check from him. Fee of lawyers differ from person to person and place to place.
Employer would not bear any legal expenses unless the case is decided with cost in your favour by the order of the court of law. So, initially, you will have to bear with the expenses.

Just file a complaint in the labour office with the Inspector appointed under Shops and Establishment Act.

wait for reply for a fortnight
if it don't work, go to court.
