you can ask for modification of order as wife has given child for adoption .

in the alternative you can sk for custody of child

yes, you can ask custody and if you were give permanent alimony you will not ask, same time monthly alimony then you can modified

Forget alimony but not your child. Stop your wife to provide it under adoption in the hands of third person and demand his custody from court.
