mine is love marriage. my parents or her parents were not attended our marriage. preist only performed my marriage in a small temple. now my marriage issue is in court. the presit who performed my marriage is no more. now girl is deying the marriage with me. i am not having the photographers address as five years back history. i did not remember . how to prove my marriage with that girl. but i filed documentary evidences to prove that marriage has happend with that girl. i filed positive with negative photographs, she herself given complaint against me and my parents in police station two times. the same i obtained under rti act and filed in the court and one more documentary evidnece etc. in this case without calling out side evidence and calling my mother as eivdnce how court will give its judgment. i filed atleast all those evidences but girl escaped for interring into witnessbox. now the matter is for reserve for judgement. same families evidence is valid or not

If the marriage is denied by your wife then you have to prove the marriage is concerned,which can be proved by proper evidence.

as experts state you have good evidence wait for judgement. and once the docuementary proff as been placed before the court is if not forged they have their values and hence will get justice if you are really stated the facts which are true.

How the girl proved non existence of marriage will also be considered by the court.

Except Police complaint evidence other evidence can be fabricated and she can prove it.

Further the Police Complaint done by her in which capacity?

Is she shown as your wife? and address of the residence.Consider negative fact also.
