Have engaged any tantrik for chanting mantra??????

When a hindu dies intestate living his self acquired property then his surviving legal class I heirs inherit the property who may be his mother, widow, sons, daughters[and /or sons /daughters of a predeceased son/or daughter]and all get simultaneously and equally.

So wait and watch!!!!!!!!!!!

why are you so much worried about your father assets?

your father can make a will at any time . if he is not keeping good health reuest him to make a will and let him give his property to any of his children as he desires .

I pray God to provide a long life for your father and further a good sense may prevail to him so that he may arrange for his entire adjustment of his properties during his life time leaving nothing for you.
