Service agreement

(Querist) 20 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
I have joined an MNC recently in India. In the offer letter , there was a bond period of 2 years mentioned against a training abroad. However, I joined the company without signing the offer leter. I was sent abroad ,but there was hardly any training. I have not received any appointment letter also so far. Will the bond be considered valid as?

There is no signed evidence for my acceptance of the bond? Is there any legal implications if I leave the company .Will I have to pay the bond breakage.

Thank you all fo helping out

As you have not signed the bond as on date so there cannot be any legal implication so far as bond is concerned.

Offer letter, itself, is normally treated as appointment letter in the companies. The question arises, how you could join without acknowledging offer letter or without accepting the terms of offer letter?

thank you all . I had accepted the offer via email. But when i asked them for clarity on bond terms , i was told it will be told later but never told. I have email proof for this chain of conversation.
Will email be considered as bond acceptance?
