wrong proceedings

if a high court judge illegally passes a judgment going out of the pleading, Can we move a review petition pointing out the irregularities in the former proceedings?

You cannot file a review petition, you have to file an appeal

Unless the nature of proceeding under judgment ascertained, No opinion is desirable. Normally Review proceedings are limited to the extent expressly provided in the procedure itself.

generaly appeal is the mode. However in certain case the matter could be reviewed by divison bench against the order of single bench

Review is possible if mistake on face of record but it two opinions are possible for same pleadings no review but appeal only.
