Even when you are 'Anonymous' still I am answering you as any wrong step by you will completely destroy you.

From the facts given by you, it appears that the property is personal property of your father. Therefore, nobody (including you or your brother(s) or sister(s) or mother etc.) have any claim in the property.

Thus, you cannot legally ask for any share in the property, during the life time of your father.

Keeping the above legal position in view, better behave properly especially when you say that you are worried about your future. If you are really worried about your future, and since you are very young, better behave, and try to get employment at the earliest.

Be satisfied with your own position. You are not entitled to any share. Your future can only be saved in your own creative activities, not by any share out of the properties of father or forefathers.

In fact, you have the neel your own responsibility towards your aging parents without any undue expectation and the property would ultimately devolve on you.

You are at the stage of life where you should earn your property. The question of inheritance comes at a much later stage.

1. We desist and discourage anonymous author, if you do not want to disclose your identity, you shall have to consult a local lawyer (paid service) for any legal opinion, guidance or advise.
2. I agree with expert's advise when the property is self-acquired by father, which you will have to prove, otherwise you have all the rights to claim your share.
3. Whatsoever, our sincere advise to you is that you must behave properly with your father.
