Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Ganga Village Co-operative Society located in Hadapsar, Pune - 411028.
I need guidance on few problems listed as below,
1. Governing Committee has passed some resolutions which was never agreed by members of society and was rejected.
2. Misapplication of funds by society.
3. Society committee is not listening to complaints registered by members.
4. No-security personal more than 4 are being kept by society even though they are collection regular funds by members.
5. Maintenance charges are not according to the bye laws. e.g. Maintenance is charged is as Rs560/- for the residents living in buildings which have lifts and Rs360/- for non-lift buildings.
Sir, i need guidance to fight against all this issues. Your valuable inputs can really make difference.

lodge complaint against society before the Dr registrar for misappropriation of funds . administrator would be appointed for the society

Move a petition before Registrar Cooperative Societies to convene special general body meeting for passing a "No confidence motion" against MC and appointment of an auditor to verify genuineness of accounts and money spent as per the provisions of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, MCS Rules and Bye-Laws adopted by the society .
Preferably engage a local lawyer to proceed in a professional manner.

In case the committe is hostile to the issues raised,submit a written requisition signed by members to the Deputy Registrar of Coop.Societies to order for an enquiry and set right the wrong doings either by superceding the committe or for posting an Administrator to manage the affairs.

Dear Querist,
First of all, it is not understood how the Govering Body of the Society be able pass some Resolution if members present opposed the same.
It seems , the body is is not functioning as per law and transparency of action is not maintained in running the affairs of the society.
As advised by learned Experts above, you may go ahead with the advice involving majority members under guidance of an experienced local Advocate.
