Is there any requirement for rental deed of 11 months be notarised for shop??

Tenancy should always be put into writing. The same should be followed in leave and license agreement too.

In which state you are living, whether you want to take premises on rent or you are landlord ? Seems academic query in absence of complete facts.

agreement should be duly stamped and registered

It is safe side to get the agreement notarized though there is no requirement of its registration if the rent agreement is just for 11 months.

Though registration and notarization of the rental agreement is not required for 11 months period, on the safer side, get it notarized.
