SIR, I am working in a Para Military Force. A Grievance regarding our Allowances is Rejected upto Ministry. As it is a Common grievance the last option is Court. As a Force Employee we have very much restrictions in filing case and pursuing it and to met its expenses . It is heard COURTS take action on intimation given on letter even postcard. kindly mention whether it is possible to send letter to COURT regarding our case or what is the simplest procedure to bring this matter before court without personally involving in it. THANKS

Yours is a service matter and PIL cannot be expected to be entertained. It has to be individual employee. There is no process without personal involvement. Force emplpyee is not debarred from service litigation.
