Dear learned Friends,
I am little bit worried about the queries. Almost 90% of the queries are academic queries. It clearly shows only 10% of the queries are genuine. It clearly shows that the real grievances were not addressed to us, to the expected level. Even though we are spending our time in solving the queries at free of cost, the real aggrieved persons are not coming to us, in large numbers.
Even that academic queries also, not genuine, they are asking queries, just for the sake of asking queries. The experts interested in responding the academic query, may respond to it. This may increase the hits for this site. Whether we are really helping to them?
It is discouraging me that I am spending my time in responding to mere academic queries and not genuine queries.
My repeated suggestions to the admin, is to have a premium class of queries. For which the LCI can charge the queries a reasonable amount. This will avoid the academic queries and time pass queries.
This will attract the real aggrieved persons. This will give the real satisfaction to the experts, that they have helped the real aggrieved person.
I feel this is the right time to increase the quality of this site.
Experts may correct my views, if it is wrong.
I request all my learned friends to share their views on this point.

I fully agree with the views of Shri Arunagiri.
This is a very important and very serious Topic.
There are vested interests:
[a] I personally feel, few persons repeating same academic query : Are they Paid to do so??
For example Name Change, or today's 2 query by mr. s shah
[b] LCI is certainly interested in increasing membership to get benefit in commercial ads. So will not support view of Shri Giri.
[c] We are spending very important time, but not organized, or disciplined, so others take full advantage of our Expertise. Others includes Smart and cunning Questioner, who call majority experts on their mobile, send E Mail, and extracts lots of information, and at the end , they only CHEAT & FOOL EXPERTS] , Especially Ladies. This is my personal experience, and I stopped encouraging those, to talk over a minute.
They received full WS, Documentations, VP, and offered their consultation fees payable in internet bank account, Talked earlier day, clearing all doubts and future plan, talked 20 minutes 20 times , and refused to even recognize, when visited with papers in courtroom, where they called . and then behaved as if not known to you
[4] All are enjoying at our cost. , Because we are not organized, and no leadership.
[5] Few expert to retain their Top Ten / Top 25, go on replying unnecessary queries to maintain their position. It is like Pawn in Hand story. [A monkey is caught, as he did not released a fruit in a bowl, of a size a bit more than his hand, put & not released by him, a TRAP. ]
Though I am new to LCI, and as I told Tom, I cannot spare time to this addict , and leaving soon, I realized it. That’s what I said to PRO too.

A simpler solution should be that for experts section the ADM must collect fees and should share with the experts who give inputs.

I fully share my feelings with Arunagiri and Shroff. I remind the experts that I had also initiated my strong views against PRO scheme. I had made strong complaint with Admin and had suggested to charge this amount of Rs. 499/- from querists and pay its 50% to the experts whose replies are found up to mark instead of charging it from experts.
This is double teasing of the experts. On the one hand they are devoting their valuable time, energy and infrastructure cost to reply free of cost queries and on the other hand they are also being made bound to make per month payment to be shown in light.
I had also contacted personally various experts including shroff, tom, sethi etc, not to become members under PRO scheme and had told Admin to either drop it or charge the amount from querists so that not only income of site shall be contributed to the real contributors but it shall also minimize the frivolous type queries but nothing was done and even some of experts joined PRO scheme.
Keeping all these facts in consideration, I have decided to launch my own site for similar services but with no profit motive. My site is under preparation. As and when it comes in operation, I shall permanently leave LCI with thanks to all members who have faced me for such a long time.
I also invite all of you to join me and contribute their as if their own site.
So far as status of this site is concerned, nothing more can be commented as has clearly been told by Shroff. This site is earning a lot of money just on our basis so we should jointly take a collective decision so that Admin should be forced to negotiate with us.
The management of the site seems taking undue benefit of our dedication for their own economical benefits.

I have personally posted this concern exactly during last year, for which I did get discouraging reponses. The same was also referred to the Admn which hardly provoked any proactive solution. This had infact, let non-practitioners like me to get away from the forum. The larger issue is the concept of moderation needs to be strengthened as even the responses from the experts have merely become a point scoring exercise with the exception of very few like our friends like Arunagiri.

i agree with experts . quality of queries has declined and most are academic queirs .
As far as PRO is concerned i joined it on bais of telephonic call received from adminstration .mr mkaad called me up after i had joined PRO
i had already infomed Makkad that i shall go by majority opinion of experts and shall not renew my PRO status next month .

Arunji, I liked your query of LCI.
I know only 20 experts reply 95% of Query.
Out of 1400 List of Experts, only 14 counts. All others hardly contribute.
If joined, in gruop, it can benefit us like anything, and can help all. We have to just analyse, who replied, first five/ or substantial [removing" I agree with experts, or copy earlier expert's answer in his words etc" ]and linked on E Mail etc, and decide our terms, jointly, in disciplined manner, with Joint Leadership, it certainly benefit all. LCI, as well as we Experts who put such a lot of time and expertise. We can avoid those who fool us, waste our time, and we can jointly boycott time waster.
You know , we few have to decide.
Only need unity and leadership. START ANALYSE QUERY REPLIED, WHO ARE 1ST FIVE, AND WEIGHT OF CONTRIBUTION, AND IN TOTAL QUERIES IN LAST ONE MONTH, 3 MONTH AND A YEAR, AND WHO REPLIED IT, THAT EFFECT , AND ATTRACT MORE QUERY??
It will not differ much with Lists of top ten or top 25,
It will save time, boycott unnecessary query, will have bargaining power for experts, will provide details of benefit we receive or probabilities to gain benefir directly or indirectly, Apply 80-20 Par-rota Rule , so that our energy is not wasted, but work like a Laser beam, And also benefit LCI like anything, to suggest where and what to advertise, After all we Advocate knows root of business. clear naked, and transparent real facts of business, as it is, and know where LCI, and Experts can dig the gold mine together !!
First 25 experts, majority are are very experienced, wise and prudent, and balance in first 25 are young hot blood, bachelors also.It can combine Leg work, and brain work. It can be a wonderful TEAM.

Ajay, What is majority??
Read earlier Reply. Even I talked with Mr. Makkad, and suggested LCI to provide PRO on trial basis.
Now as I suggested, think it over. First 25 can be a deciding factor.
We should decide together, all positive and negative factors,that affect us.
If this query that Arunagiri raised, solves amicably, we can decide many policy matters, after voting individually, with reasons for YES, or NO,, AND BIND OUR SELF FOR A COMMON CODE OF CONDUCT. { May Like it or not}
It will certainly solve our majority of problem, and increase benefits, directly and indirectly.
Those who avail Free benefits, fooling us, , and non deserving can be filtered out.
We can be benefit conscious, not Point conscious.

Going through the views of learned experts as expressed above, I personally feel , there has to be a filtering mechanism in respect of queries posted in this site so that only thos e questions involving moot points of law,legal matters of universal interest for enlightenment of general public,as well as legal queries requiring expert knowledge of multiple branches of law should be answered in this august forum free of cost.
For detailed solution and guidance , the forum can direct querist to relevant experts out of active participating members for a fee to be shared on 80: 20 basis between Expert and Admin.

I again strongly appeal to all active experts to please come of same Dias and form a committee to study all aspects of the detailed discussions, chalk out a stretegy and chalk out a future action plan within a short period. the report may be sent to every top 30 experts by way of PM so that any correction/amendment/sugestion may be suggested to the committee and thereafter it may be finalised.
I suggest the name of Sh. Shroff to head this committee and I also invite the suggestions of other experts and name for the members of the committee.

good evening to all., sorry for my delay to participate in time..
first., super arunagiri sir., some time i posted something about this admin's mistakes.. most of you encouraged me., and somebody discouraged me., thanks for all of you-who encouraged me., and very thanks for you-who discouraged me..
am coming to the point., am agree with all of you., most of you talking about getting income., but author's intention is making the queries as quality.. so am endorsing the view of mr.patnaik..
really its nice and good one., even six month back itself our respected "ramachandran sir" spoke with me about this same idea..
the admin should be formed a team for recognize/approve the queries.. they should filtered vague and useless queries., after that its should beget list in queries field..
[like submitting poll, or site links.. if you submitted any poll mean you can find that what i coming to say. your poll directly cant be get listed. its will be posted to admin for approval. after that only if they recognized mean its will be listed. like this queries may be filtered.]
now the author can posting the queries directly.. but if its go to approval mean vague and academic queries may be filtered before posting..

and we peoples should be avoid answering to some anonymous queries which is posted by advocates..
we advocates should be frank with our team/family members. by asking anything frankly nothing going to be wrong.. you may be post any thing as anonymous.. but you cant be smart..
while answering to anonymous queries very easily i can identify the author., how mean., if thats lay man mean i will answer politely.. if its advocate mean i will be rude/irrespective manner. for know more about me they will visit my profile. my profile show me their identity..
then about answering, admin can introduce some new options., now admin displaying the chat, call option to all pro members.. like that they can provide agree/disagree option., if i want to do agree with any expert's reply mean i can click his/her agree option. if i disagree mean i can click that.. [this feature available in facebook] its can avoid some thing as of shroff sir advise..
then about getting income through this site., am leaving this to our senior members' decision.. if we got any fruitfull result mean am the first person who will feel happy..

But be assured that though monetizing is an element here, the aim behind launching PRO version is to aid our dedicated members to get clients as day in day out we have been getting so many queries from visitors asking for legal assistance. LCI is not the first legal website to have this feature. Other sites like advocatekhoj.com, pathlegal.in etc are already in the fray. But unlike other sites, we have made the PRO version optional and this would not hamper the usual features in any way."

"Further to my reply, I wish to state that it is not correct as members think that this site is earning huge profits. To be frank LCI is not even making profits since its launch and whatever revenue generated through advertisement is sufficient to run the site and pay the employees. As a matter of fact LCI is dependent on its partner site Caclubindia.com to run the show. The views expressed by the members in your thread about LCI's earning is not correct and LCI is no where near their imagination. I can only wish the same become true soon!!!."

Why Admin should not post his views publically or to the members who claim that this site is earning a huge income?
Why Parkash has pacify the anger of Tom only and not of others?
I had strongly raised my voice against the lethargic attitude of admin and had requested him to participate in the discussion and put forth his views so that me may also share his problems and happiness but he has not approached any other member/expert than tom as on day. what does it show?.

Then MC will select a Chair Person, A founder Member [Shri Arunagiri] a CEO to execute, and Members group who will decide Policy what to do, what not to do, and how to implement. ]
No action must harm any one. All must get benefit, all include LCI. & Querist, Readers of this site, Advertisers, and especially those replying 95% of query.
We must improve our Reply and services, to help concerned deserving person, take more interest and time, provide all , including formats, ws reply etc , allotting this duty to two of our team members , on merit, expertise and experience. Why all should dig the same Query? First everybody may go thru, and suggest us, with willingness to take up and solve that problem to beyond the expectation of querist. Let it be an Excellent Process. 1+1 can be Eleven, and service provided can be far better than any other Advocate, as all work for him. , all contribute for it, and CEO can decide, the final steps. With total transparency. It shall include our personal office cases also. So expert’s problem can also be solved by Group.
You young blood had to work hard, do all legwork, obtain date, get opinion , receive suggestions of all members, analyze and reply, finally decide ACTION.
We have to find, how we can generate prestige and income for LCI:
My principle is, first saw, and then reap. Be giver, and opp party will certainly share what we earn.
We will discuss it leisurely in confidence.
You plan when, where, on which site to chat, discuss in confidence, table our problem and it’s solution, suggestions: Get it minutes, Pass our Resolution that morally bind all of us., decide Line of Action, with Phased Planning of say 4 weeks, 4 Steps. You Prepare Project, and send to selected members who voluntarily ready to co-operate and join the Group.

I have already answered in Toms' post.The illustration of Advocate Khoj or legal path does not fit to LCI as they are all togather different sites with different commercial objective.
Mr.Makkad is already aware that we are on same plate form with regard to this issue.
REMAINING HERE The Best solution is that:
QUERIES POSTED IN EXPERT SECTION MUST BE AGAINST FEES THE QUESTIONER MUST HAVE RIGHT IN HIS CHOICE TO ADDRESS HIS QUERY TO ANY OR MANY NUMBER OF EXPERTS.
10%revenue may go to site and 90% to experts who were asked by the questioner to ADDRESS THE QUERY.
IN CASE LCI ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT ACCEPT IT THE ONLY NEXT BEST OPTION IS WHAT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED BY MR.JSDN IN HIS LAST POST ABOVE ME.
ALL THIS WAS SPOKEN BY ME IN TOM'S QUERY RESPONSE BUT THEN ONLY MR.MAKKAD EXPRESSED ASSENTING TONE.

1. sending mails to like minded persons and get their opinion. keep it confidential.
topics shall be:-
a. how to improve the quality of the site.
b. how to increase the his of this site without compromising the quality.
c. what is the suggestions for having a premium class of query.
d. whether the experts shall be paid a share from the fee collected from the premium class.? if yes what shall be the percentage.
2. consolidate the opinions, as the team opinion. only a consolidated opinion should be revealed. and sent to all the like minded persons.
3. Name the person who is going to meet the LCI admin. Get their consent.
I invite my friends to express views on the above suggestions to our coordinator.
