Man gets marry after exparte decree of divorce and later on exparte decree set aside . What will be fate of first marriage.

Divorce decree is FINAL , IF appeal not preferred.
Husband must not re-marry, during appeal period, when application moved to set aside the ex-parte decree.
Advocate should be vigilant, and advise husband in Advance , to wait till Decree becomes FINAL.
