is the name of eye witness of loan transaction is necessary in complain witness list at the time of file of case.
can we produce the witness name during trial and ask for his witness?

Generally names of witnesses are to be mentioned in complaint itself but if any witness has left to be inserted, it can be done with the permission of trial magistrate.

It is mandatory to produce the wittnesss list along with the complaint, if other side is not objected then you can get the permission from the court to lead the eivdence of wittnesses

Witness list should be filed with complaint but if not filed and witness is material and important for decision of case then you can produce him with the permission of court.
