Wrongful confinement

if a man go to doc and paid part sums and not able to pay further sums. can doc confine him for not paying rest of payment.if doc confine him and not operate him and if doc confine him and operate him? what are legal consequnces.....plsssssss

The confinement is the extra judicial measure for which the doctor may be criminally prosecuted for wrongful confinement.

Mr barman is right . doctor cannot confine you for non payment of bills. at most he can file suit for recovery of amount spent on your treatment

All our experts are correct. even after confinement doc can be prosecuted for wrongful confinement and a Writ of Hebeas Corpus can be filed for thr person confined to make him present before the court.
