Sir, I have made one affidavit for condonation of delay for filing of belated filing of appeals.
This was made in the month of October 2024, but it is not made on either on non judicial stamp paper nor done franking, however, without chaning any contents and dates there in, can I get it franking today or on non judicial stamper with today's date.

In which state? You ask your advocate to affix the court fees stamp as prescribed in your state with today's date.

The answer to this question will depend on the background situation, if you have already filed the affidavit giving reasons for the delay in preferring the appeal then there is no necessity for this question itself

Even if you have mentioned delay of _____days in the main appeal you will have to seek its condonation by filing an application (separate) justifying reasons for delay of each day.

If you are filing Affidavit in the Court, question of non Judicial stamp paper does not arise.

Franking of Affidavit in a non judicial stamp paper in court for judicial proceedings may exist in a Kangaroo Court. Remember Jesus Christ was crucified in a Kangaroo Court.
