Ex-committee has no power after new committee came into existence. so new committee has to call AGM.

Even then it shall be better to post the complete facts. It is sometimes seen that though new committee has been formed but charge has not been taken or though charge has been taken but accordingly management is not being done.

It shall be better to put the relevan facts so as to get definite reply.

As I have mentioned previously also, I am not so intelligent to guess repetition just from heading. I try to confirm first, if I suspect repetition.

The Admin should prepare a mechanism so that the repeated query of the same author may automatically be banned and this shall be best solution.

It is generally seen that such queries are being repeatedly raised which ultimately waste our valuable time and energy.

I appeal to Admin to kindly evolve the mechanism to stop such practice.
