I am working in an animation studio and I have not received my salary from past 3 months for which I have resined as I had to earn My living which court I need to file my case as we are 28 employees and what procedure I need to follow

You should file a petition before Labour Court of your area under section 33C(2) of ID Act.

Author has already cleared that he was working in animation studio which can safely be treated coming within the ambit of workman as defined under the provisions of ID Act.
