Respected Sir/Madam,
My wife is misbehaving with my parents who are senior citizens.She under the influence of her parents and brothers is doing in order to save her own skin.
My parents are innocent .
can we book a case against her in senior citizen protection act

Filing any case against her parent would only aggravate the problem further.
Better talk to her to settle the dispute amicably.

That is true.
In our society the parents of husband are alwasy (always) and ever (ever) innocent. After all they have delivered a male child.
It is the wife and her parents who have a duty to be proved wrong.
Had it not be so the Govt would not have needed to from so many pro-wife3 laws.

This is possible only if you are willing to realise where you and parents are wrong (an difficult step for Indian husband).
