for the amount of 14 lacs where should i file complaint? in district forum or the state comison?????

District Consumer Forum has jurisdiction to decide the matters upto Rs 2000000/- and above Rs 2000000 and upto Rs 10000000/- jurisdiction lies to State Commission and above Rs 10000000/- jurisdiction lies to National Commission.
