Is a friend of complainant having authority letter can withdraw case from consumer court or a main person (complainant) has to be present in the court for withdrawing it ???

It depends on discretion of the Forum as for the purpose of withdrawal the court may insists on fresh instruction from the actual litigant.

Whether the complainant is having any lawyer? If yes, he can proceed through his lawyer.

No sir no lawyer , but have given signed authority letter to a friend . That friend use to go for attending dates earlier by having sign authority letter by complainant.
But want to confirm in withdrawn situation.

Show full case file to local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Withdrawal of case is one time job. Your friend instead of authorising somebody should attend personally at least one time if he so wishes to withdraw the case.
