Father's name in documents.

sir,
my father's name in 10th marksheet is written as R S PUNIA.but in my 12th and graduation degree it is written as RAJBIR SINGH PUNIA.Will it create any problem later in interviews etc

It may and to avoid it you may make an affidavit in that direction.

What is the father's name recorded in the birth certificate? And, how did this mistake occur?

Should proceed to change fathers name as per your birth certificate.

They appear to be two different names hence you may take steps to make them one and the same by affirming the same through an affidavit and if necessary through a paper publication too.
