How to claim for my money that taken by one finance company as a saving basis but now that company is closed and not responding but one that partner is in knowledge please help........

Lodge a police complaint, if your area is having Economic offense wing (EOW) you can lodge the complaint in EOW.

A complaint with the local police will not be very effective, hence lodge a complaint with the EOW Police or DCB police, gather the other victims to give a joint complaint against the culprit company which swindled off the money of its depositors.
