Hello Everyone,

Could anyone provide me format of rental agreement between a mother and a daughter.
I need this agreement to give it to my HR Dept since i want to claim HRA Exemption.

There is no mother-daughter relation in rent, only land lord-tenant relation.

As such, an ordinary tenant agreement is enough for HRA declaration, provided your intention is not to evade income tax.
