Caw cell and local police

my wife made complaint in CAW cell regarding dowry and harrasment and asked for return of stri dhan. I returned her stri dhan. The date at whch the stridhan was returned she gave in written that she did not want any action on her complaint and complaint should be closed completely. She also wrote that in future that she will not make any complaint against me related to dowry in any govt. agency.
In the closure report of CAW cell investigation officer had written that both the parties have amicably settled the dispute and are living separatley. In his closure report, CAW cell investigation officer also wrote no action is required at this stage. CAW cell investigation officer also wrote that complaint should be closed which is signed by himself, ACP and DCP of the CAW cell.
sir I have got this closure report and all related documents through rti. In closure report of CAW cell, the complaint is closed. Prior to CAW cell my wife has also made a complaint in local police station regarding dowry and harrasment and I was given clean chit in closure report of local police and no case was registered.
Now I have two closure reports one of local police station and another of CAW cell. I have got these reports through RTI.
I have also statement of my father in law which he has given in local police station. In his statement my father in law has stated that neither my parents nor me have neitherr demanded any dowry nor mentally or physically harassed his daughter. I have got this statement copy through RTI.
Can my wife again make a complaint realted to 498 in any govt. agency? My divorce case has also been started.

These reports are good for your own satisfaction, if a new cause of action arises, she can still file 498a.
