False allegations

(Querist) 16 October 2013 This query is : Resolved
in a property case the Judge passes an order, without verifying the facts, wherein he mentions (as if confirmed) about a false allegation leveled against me by the opposite party and these allegations have not been proved or substantiated by any evidence whatsoever, neither oral nor documentary. The order might be used by the opponents to defame me and spoil my reputation in the society. How to rectify this error ?

Challenge the order in the higher court.
You did not specify the nature of suit and the nature of order passed.
