Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to draw your kind attention on online money fraud by Timtara.com & Tech process. Timtara is an Online shopping site and Tech process is a payment gateway of Timtara.com. They are taking online order and take payment in advance. But after booking they are not providing the product to customers. They only collect money from customer and keep customers waiting for a long time for product. When customer gives them cancellation request they are ignoring the same. Thus they are gathering money from customer and it is possible that they are using this money for their personal use or personal investment. Tech process is helping them to collect this money as a payment Gateway. According to Rule of Payment Gateway if merchant has failed to ship the product in given time framework then It will be necessary for Payment Gateway to give Refund to the customer but Tech process doing nothing about Customer Grievance They just help Timtara in gathering money from innocent people.

& you will find many more sites from Google. You will find that there are many victims of Timtara who have given advance
money to Timtara & awaiting for their product and Timtara is ignoring all grievance and gathering money from innocent people.
On 3rd of September 2012, I had placed an order of Micromax Superfone Ninja A56 from online shopping portal timtara.com wide order number 10319302 ( Transaction ID 10140337), I had paid amount of Rs.4948/- via credit cards. I spoke to their Representative after placing the order; he assured me that delivery will happen within 3 weeks. Till the delivery timeline I was not received any email, sms or call regarding order confirmation, payment confirmation or any status of order. On 24th of September status of order was awaiting shipment which has to be product shipped, I am in continuously followed-up with Timtara customer care & their official even after that they couldn’t processed the order till 2nd of November (even after 2 months from order date), on 2nd of November 2012 Mr. Ritesh Kumar (Lead Manager) told me that requested product Micromax Superfone Ninja A56 is not available so choose any alternative product which is available on website. I had requested for Micromax Superfone Ninja A57 & that product also not available in their origin. Then I had confirmed them on email dated 2nd November 2012 for dispatching Micromax Superfone Ninja 4.0 A87 & they replied me as OK. They haven’t dispatched the product after that confirmation email also. After hundreds of call & emails regarding alternative product confirmation they dispatched me product. After changes the status of order Product shipped I was very happy but when actual courier received on 20/11/2012 I was shocked that wrong product Micromax Superfone Ninja A52 dispatched by them which I had never demanded so it has been already returned to Timtara as per telephonic communication with Mr. Ritesh Kumar.
Today is 11th December 2012 & already 3 months & 8 days completed to my order instead of 3 weeks delivery period given by Timtara on transaction statement. Mr. Ritesh Kumar told that they are one point contact for all queries but they are only fooled me every time. Till the date they had 3 times told me that product shipped and every time they cheated & fooled me. More than hundreds of calls & emails no one replied me but when I had sent them email for refund request then very next hours someone Kangan replied me for choosing alternative product available on website so that they will ship the same in 48 hours. As usually Kangan also fooled me & never replied again. On Saturday 1st Of December 2012 I was receive call of Mamata for confirmation of product ,she told me that Micromax Canvas A110 available with them & if I will ready to pay difference amount they will send the product, after that communication again no one attended call & replied to emails. Today I have called to Mr. Harish Ahluwalia (Sr. Manager of backed team) they were attended call, I had given them my order number & told them all my problems after that they noted my phone number & requested for one hour to check the all details also committed me for call back by them. As usually they are also not attended my call till the closing hours.
May be cheating & fraud is the base of Timtara that’s why the all employees make fool to innocent customers. Below is the main drawback of working method of the company:-
Ø Timtara never provide any status of order after amount credited to their bank account.
Ø Timtara never taking serious to customer’s queries & problems & trying to solve them.
Ø Timtara doesn’t have any rules, regulation or norms working as service industry or corporate office.
Ø Timtara doesn’t have well trained executives for handling customers. Customer care executive only enjoying & laughing when we communicating them.
Ø Cheating & fraud, Miscommunication, rough language is the base working method of the company.
Ø Everyone is always ready to harassment & mentally torture.
Ø They don’t have any internal co-ordination with team members.
They have mentioned three levels of customer contact,
Lelel-1-
Customer care: - 0135-3051500- Their we find few pathetic unprofessional uneducated people, who can either provide the status of orders to much educated e-consumers, or provide email ids of concerned people nisha@timtara.com customer.delight@timtara.com,cco@timtara.com,customerfirst@timtara.com, payal@timtara.com, who are least bothered about customers complaints or concerns. Maximum they can do is mail a complaint on customer’s behalf and when conversation is turning a bit longer than their call handling time, they simply disconnect the call.
Level-2-
Team Lead- Customer Care- 0135-6670700- This number again connects customers to hell enquiry number of same uneducated unprofessional people enjoying the harassment of customers on level-1.
Level-3- +91-9716502440 & 9899959280- This person is Mr. Ritesh Kumar and he is a team lead Manager of timtara. This person only fooled to customers when we calling for order status.
It has been More than a 3 month I am asking Timtara.com to process my order. I have sent more than hundreds personal emails to Arindam Bose , Bharat Infosecure ,
CCO Timtara , Customer delight , Customerfirst Timtara , Gurbani , Harish Ahluwalia , Heena , Imtiaz , Info Timtara , kangan ,
Mamta , nisha , Payal , Rahul ,
Raja , ritesh , ritu , Sakshi ,
sarbjeet , Shivali , tajender ,

They all are least bothered about consumer complaints requests or warnings; they simply ignore and don’t even bother to reply an email. I am falling sick of calling their unprofessional and uneducated executives in customer care. I have filed Complaints and posed many times on their website but it seems I am beating around the bush, No one exists behind Timtara, and it seems to be total fraud. Now I am ready to use my consumer rights. I have all call recording for evidence that clearly shows how customer care executives treating with customers & make fool them, Their hundreds of unattended calls shows that how they mentally harassing to customers, hundreds of unreplied emails shows that how unprofessional they are.
Pls note the same and take proper action against Timtara because I am not a single victims of this fraud if you visit any of above website then you know that how Timtara cheated & fooled to innocent customers and enjoying with our hard earned money. So, I as a citizen of India request you to look into this matter and take a prompt and serious action against both of them according to Information Technology Act 2000 and help all victims to get their money back from these fraud people.

you have already engaged a lawyer issued legal notice to company . if no action is taken move consumer forum for necessary reliefs

It shall be better to now trust upon your lawyer and do as advised by him otherwise there is a danger of conflict of opinion which ultimately may create problem for you.
