HI TO ALL
MY FATHER IN LAW WORKING AS HOME MADE SERVANT IN MUMBAI SINCE LAST 35 YEARS.
NOW THE SITUATION IS THAT HIS BOSS & HIS WIFE EXPIRED. NOW THERE SONS ARE MISBEHAVING HIM .SO MY QUESTION ARE

IS WE CAN DEMAND ANY COMPENSATION TO HIM FOR SERVICING SO MANY YEARS?

IS HE LIABALE ANY REWARDS FROM THE OWNER?

35 years work shd be considered on humanitarian ground. As no law applicable, cannot claim by right.

if father in law unable to maintain himself he can use the senior citzen maintenace act to claim maintenance from his children . as pointed out by experts he cant claim compensation for working in house for 35 years
