Prepaid phone details

hi

can phone bill details of prepaid phone be requested in court.

it is Wife freind phone number. I am not aware of his address but spoken with him and now his number has changed.

Need his address to issue witness summon and validate the conversation i had with him, which is recorded.

you feel your wife is having an affair with her friend and you have recorded his conversation . if you want to have call records you need court orders . smililarly you wan to know the number of times your wife has talked to him the service provider wont porvide these details
