In the dissolution deed it is mentioned that the assets and liabilities remaining have been time over by the hereto continuing parties who shall run the partnership firm, the remaining partner is me and the dissolution was done since my mother died.
Since the partnership is dissolved do we have to register again in the sub registrar in my name and my brothers name.Whether any stamp duty has to be paid.

Unless you want partition of property nothing you need to do.
The property is already in partners name out of them one died and one has executed release deed.
Is dissolution of partner ship registered any where?such as before registrar of firms?
Are you and your brother were not partners of the dissolved firm??

A simple sale deed is sufficient to transfer the property onto your name and your brother.
