Contract format to act as an agent - international.

I need a International Contract Format for an Agency.

Our Supplier is a foreign Exporter. Our Importer is also a foreigner. We Agents are from India.

Please guide us to get the Commissions from the foreign country.

To make a Draft it is required necessary information,for this purpose you can appoint a Lawyer or contact with Legal Aid Services.

It is very difficult for anyone to draft of agreement without having any detail. It is better to sit with a local lawyer and brief him your entire process so that he may do the needful.
