Marriage before divorce

sir/Madam,
I belong to Hindu family and my divorce case is pending in court since 2012. Presently I am 35 years old and want to marry again. Is there any way to get marry without getting divorce. Changing religion will help me in this regard?

No. You can not marry before the divorce. You can not even get engaged.

You can not marry without divorce, can try mutual consent divorce.

Very much depressed she has taken all her belongings and compensation amout in women cell in form of DD and encashed the same. But court still giving date to her to provide evidence but she failed to do so. However I have given evidence of cruelty dowry case still fighting for divorce. Now the case the on the edge may god help me.

Court proceedings are time and cost consuming, have to move with the system till it is changed.
