Prevention from selling of property

What is the first and foremost way to prevent my relatives to sell the property??
All ready title suite is running on that property but still they want to sell and run??
How to stop them??

File an application u/o 39 r 1 of CPC in the pending suit to restrain them from alienating the suit propeties

And also better to give a Paper Add and put a Caution Board in front of the property.
